Ticket for public sauna shift
Purchased or reserved tickets cannot be returned. The ticket entitles you to the sauna shift mentioned in the order confirmation.

Private sauna and marine sauna services
Cancellation 10-5 days before the reservation is 50% of the total price, less than 5 days before the reservation is 100% of the total price. In force majeure situations, please contact us by phone.

Force majeure situations will only be dealt with by telephone.

Cruises and chartered sauna:
Cancellation 8-30 days before cruise = 50% of total price. Cancellation 0-7 days before cruise = 100% of total price (including agreed catering and other additional services)

Reservations paid online.

In addition to the product-specific cancellation policy, if the booking is cancelled during the period of free cancellation, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the direct costs of the payment slip, up to a maximum of 4% of the amount paid.

*If weather conditions do not allow the cruise to be completed safely, the captain may cancel the cruise. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Where possible, a cruise can also be arranged at a reduced price at the port without leaving the pier.
